Our People

Jordan Cronin

Attorney

Jordan is an attorney who works on both entitlement and transactional matters. She joined us in 2016, drawn by our shared values and the opportunity to work in an open, collaborative environment on challenging development projects in Austin and Central Texas.

When we talk about the advantages of a combined entitlement and transactional practice, we’re thinking about the way Jordan works. She teams with our land use professionals on titles and restrictive covenants, with an attention to detail and legal documentation that can fall through the cracks when you work with more than one law firm.

Jordan also provides cradle-to-capital event representation for financial institutions, covering construction, permanent and other loans secured by real estate of all classes. Her transactional work for lenders includes:

  • Complex loan workouts
  • Foreclosures
  • Modifications
  • Restructuring existing loans

Other representative matters include:

  • Zoning cases
  • Plats
  • Site development and building permits
  • Grandfathering
  • Economic incentives
  • Public-private partnerships

Jordan is an active member of the Austin community, working with various church and non-profit groups.
