Greta Goldsby
Attorney
Greta joined Drenner Group in 2015 to provide cradle-to-capital event representation to landowners and developers. She also works closely with financial institutions on mortgage lending, handles corporate and entity formation, and sets up joint ventures.
Her experience includes all aspects of real estate, with a focus on acquisition and disposition of real property, development of real property, real estate secured loans and commercial leasing transactions. Representative matters include:
- Financial institutions making construction, permanent and other loans secured by real estate of all classes, including sports facilities and mezzanine financing arrangements.
