Victor joined Consort in 2021 as a Research Assistant, bringing a strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering detailed information to support the firm’s diverse projects. A native of Fort Worth, Victor grew up in Houston before settling in Austin, where he contributes to the firm’s continued success. His role focuses on researching a wide range of topics, from City Council and Commission meetings to zoning ordinances, deeds, and the Land Development Code, ensuring that every project complies with regulatory requirements and stays aligned with the latest developments.
Victor’s curiosity and open-minded approach allow him to dive deep into complex issues, providing valuable insights to the team and helping guide decision-making throughout the planning and entitlement process. His research supports the firm’s commitment to delivering well-informed, innovative solutions for clients across a variety of sectors.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Victor enjoys exploring the cultural landscape of Austin, attending art shows, volunteering, and discovering new restaurants. He is also an avid tea enthusiast and enjoys collecting vintage books, which reflects his appreciation for history and detail.
