Temaria Davis
Senior Project Manager
Temaria is a technical leader with over 25 years of civil engineering and entitlements experience in New York City and the Tri-State Area, adding Austin to this experience over the past two years. Temaria joined Drenner Group in 2022 as a Senior Project Manager. From zoning research, site due diligence, and subsurface exploration to design and everything leading up to construction, Temaria has been involved in hundreds of projects in the private and public sectors. Private sector projects include typical residential, industrial, retail, commercial, educational, affordable housing, supportive housing, and other mixed-use developments. Public sector projects include infrastructure, green infrastructure, resiliency, roadways, retaining walls, and public buildings (firehouses, police stations, libraries, schools, public housing, etc.)
Throughout her career, Temaria has focused on entitlements consulting for urban infill and adaptive reuse projects, helping to bring new life to existing structures while preserving the unique character of urban neighborhoods.
With a deep understanding of the complex regulatory environment in which these projects operate, Temaria is able to navigate the often-complicated process of securing the necessary permits and approvals, while also ensuring that the project is designed to meet the needs of its intended occupants and the surrounding community.
In addition to her technical expertise, Temaria is also known for her collaborative approach to project management, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs and goals are fully understood and incorporated into the final design even within an advisory capacity.
