Office Manager
Kim joined Drenner Group in 2017 and is a true born and raised Austinite. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007 with a finance degree.
As Office Manager, Kim’s responsibilities include the oversight and management of all administrative functions for the firm, inclusive of the implementation of firm retirement plans, medical plans, hiring processes, and other firm benefits, along with being the firm bookkeeper on all invoicing and collections. She is also responsible for managing relationships and contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure Information Technology issues, office maintenance and operations, and lease provisions are functional and up to date. She is generally responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored. She monitors office policies by continuously reviewing and setting up procedures and standards to effectively guide the operation of the office. She is also responsible for managing executives’ schedules, calendars, and appointments.
Before working at Drenner Group, Kim had experience working at Forex Capital Markets, a financial firm in Dallas, and as an auditor for the Texas Lottery Commission in Austin. Outside of the office, Kim enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants in town, having a glass of wine with friends, and spending time with her boyfriend and their dog, Abbie.
