Crystal has been an integral part of Drenner Group since 2015, serving as the Office Assistant and playing a key role in the efficient operation of the firm. A true native Austinite, she brings local knowledge and a personal touch to her role, ensuring the office runs smoothly and effectively. Crystal’s responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as greeting visitors, organizing and filing important documents, preparing materials for meetings, and handling mail and deliveries for clients.
In addition to her office support duties, Crystal monitors office supplies, enters critical data into the firm’s databases, and maintains a welcoming, well-organized environment. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are essential in keeping the office environment productive and professional, enabling the Consort team to focus on delivering exceptional engineering solutions.
Outside of her professional role, Crystal is family-oriented and enjoys spending time with loved ones, including exploring new places and outdoor adventures with her son, Augie.
