Indiana-based developer Milhaus is planning a transformative 110-acre mixed-use project near Round Rock’s Dell Diamond and Kalahari Resort, with an estimated investment of $250-$300 million. Dubbed the Kenney Fort North PUD, the development could include up to 1,500 housing units, retail spaces, maker areas, and 25 acres of parks and open space. The first phase, slated to begin next year, will feature 350 market-rate apartments and connections to Brushy Creek Trail, with completion of the entire project expected in 5-7 years. Developers aim to cater to a diverse demographic while enhancing Round Rock’s growing entertainment and tourism corridor.
