Brandywine Realty Trust plans to transform the Broadmoor campus in North Austin into a massive 66-acre mixed-use development, with parks, retail, restaurants, entertainment, offices, and apartments, all connected by urban trails and a light-rail system. The project is expected to unfold in phases, with the first buildings rising near Burnet Road, and may eventually collaborate with The Domain developers and accommodate IBM’s long-term needs.
