The project, from Danly Properties, is seeking rezoning to add affordable housing and increase building heights. Located near Mueller Regional Retail Center and Capital Plaza, the development aims to enhance the area’s retail and residential options. The zoning request is scheduled for a hearing, though a date is not yet set.
