The Austin Design Commission approved plans for Lincoln Ventures’ 49-story apartment tower at 80 Rainey St., while Urbanspace Real Estate secured financing for its 56-story condominium tower, The Modern Austin Residences at 610 Davis St. Together, these projects will add about 1,000 residential units, ground-floor retail, and community amenities, with affordable housing contributions and preservation of some historic elements.
