
Drew Raffaele
Senior Project Manager
Drew is a Senior Project Manager who assists and supports the Directors and land use attorneys on entitlement matters related to challenging development projects located in Central Texas municipalities. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.A. in Public Relations and Strategic Communications, his educational skill set and professional background in consulting and implementation is what brought him to join the Drenner Group entitlements team in 2018. His experience combines his organizational and strategic management skills to yield reliable execution of day-to-day aspects related to various development projects and make him an asset to projects seeking entitlement changes or navigating various mitigation challenges throughout the development process.
Drew has been actively involved in the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) since joining Drenner Group. Passionate about RECA’s policy advocacy to support economic development, responsible growth, and reliable transportation opportunities, Drew was accepted to the RECA’s Young Leadership Development Council (LDC) in 2020 and later served as an LDC Oversight committee member in 2022. In 2023, he was nominated to RECA’s Board of Directors where he serves on the Policy and Transportation Committees and is dedicated to furthering the advocacy of RECA’s mission within the Central Texas region, and at the State level.
