Senior Project Manager

Martha Mangum, P.E. is currently a Senior Project Manager at Drenner Group, PC. She has 25+ years of experience in land development, project management, and consulting engineering in Central Texas and surrounding regions.

Martha’s extensive experience includes the development of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties, the design of subdivision plans, and the acquisition of zoning entitlements.

Martha’s technical expertise is in water and wastewater utility design, stormwater detention, and water quality design. She is currently managing all stages of various development projects through the land entitlement process and ensuring the timely processing and approval of various submittals.

Throughout her career, Martha has worked with numerous City and County governments across Texas, as well as State and Federal agencies such as TxDOT, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Lower Colorado River Authority, and FEMA.
