Aneil Naik
Senior Project Manager
Aneil Naik has over twenty years of experience in the development world. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Aneil was originally employed with the City of Round Rock to focus on all development, including high-profile projects such as IKEA and the Round Rock Premium Outlets. He was eventually promoted to Development Services Manager. His unique perspective in this newly created division helped to blossom an atmosphere of education, efficiency, and customer service. Prior to his departure from Round Rock, he worked as a Development Construction Manager on capital improvement projects, assisting design and construction teams on a myriad of projects including the new Public Works facility and the new Round Rock Library.
In April of 2020, Aneil sat down to have a conversation with the leadership at Drenner Group. He was immediately struck with the discovery of two kindred spirits: folks with a passion for their work seeking someone with that same passion. Aneil became that someone, intent on accepting a new challenge and prepared to forge another unique path in the development world.
As a Senior Project Manager, Aneil’s scope of service includes entitlement research, site analyses, due diligence, GIS mapping, consulting, and project management. His experience can be utilized in comprehension of both Civil and Building construction documents. Aneil understands every project is different, every site is different, and every need is different. He has dedicated himself to always searching for the creative solution along the path of least resistance to ensure a successful project.
Born and raised in Austin, Aneil appreciates all things music-related, including performing in the local band Wildfires for over a decade. He also enjoys playing tennis and wood-crafting. He attributes all his success to the love of his life, Shelley, and his two brilliant and adorable boys, Levon, and Charlie.
