Northland Living, part of Canadian hospitality company Northland Properties, has unveiled plans for a new 35-story mixed-use tower called Luminary in downtown Austin. Located at 14th and Guadalupe streets, the tower will feature 286 condos (ranging from one- to three-bedroom units), ground-floor retail, and office space. The project will also include parking, an amenity deck with a pool and fitness facilities. Condo prices will range from $600,000 to over $3 million. The Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas will temporarily relocate to allow for the tower’s development and then move into the office space when completed. Northland Living is also working on other projects in Texas, including a large mixed-use development in Cedar Park.
