LV Collective gets Started on Paseo Apartment Tower on Rainey Street

LV Collective has started work on its Paseo residential tower in Austin’s Rainey Street district. The 48-story tower will feature 557 apartments, including 28 affordable units, and is set to be completed in late 2025. The building will include a range of amenities such as bars, lounges, a rooftop pool, coworking space, and a wellness center. Retail space will host Fleet Coffee and other local restaurants. The project will also preserve two historic bungalows, which will be repurposed for restaurant and bar use. Paseo aims to contribute to the continued transformation of the Rainey Street area.
