Real Estate Heavyweights Plan Massive Office Park at Closed 3M Plant in North Austin

A nearly 60-acre site in North Austin, formerly home to a 3M Co. manufacturing plant, is set for a major transformation. While developers say the project aligns with the area’s commercial growth, some residents have raised concerns about traffic and building heights, pushing for more details on its potential impact.
